3-Easy Steps to Great Videos
Your In-House Video Squad: Our 3-Step Video Production Process.
DISCOVERY: We'll listen and ask lots of questions, so we can better understand on how to tell your story and dive deep into your brand, your customers, your goals. Will also look at your competitors to develop an approach to our video marketing strategy.
PROPOSING: We'll send over a proposal with all the nitty-gritty details: what's included, project scope, deadlines, and more. Once we receive a 50% deposit, we'll begin pre-production and secure your shoot date.
PROJECT BLUEPRINT: We'll create a storyboard, script, and outline for your project and send it to you for review. This blueprint will serve as our roadmap on the big day. We'll also identify any talent, characters, or equipment needs, and scout locations if necessary.
FILMING: Lights, camera, action! Our team will execute the filming day according to our Project Blueprint. We use the latest 4K video cameras, lights, and tech to ensure broadcast-quality videos. In this phase we capture all the interviews and footage needed to complete your video. And don't worry, we carry a two million dollar insurance policy for peace of mind.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE: We want you to be part of the process. During the shoot, we'll provide you with a video monitor streaming from our camera so you can see what we see. If you're out of state, we can even zoom you into the set.
BEHIND THE SCENES: We love capturing the magic as it happens, will either photograph or film behind the scenes for all of our shoots. Along with the final product you will get access to all the BTS we captured during your shoot.
VIDEO EDITING: Our editors, alongside our Creative Director, will craft the first draft of your video. You'll have the first draft ready for review within 2-weeks. We'll carefully review all the footage and transcribe any interviews conducted. Then, we'll assemble the story and bring all the pieces together.

REVISIONS: We use Frame.io a video collaboration tool to streamline the revision process. It makes it easy to consolidate comments, take action on feedback, and finalize your video and audio projects in one place.
DELIVERY: Whether it's in 4K or HD for TV or social media, we'll deliver your video in high-resolution, in any format, for any device. We'll also ensure that the video meets the optimal specifications for your chosen platform(s).
